Eligible Children
If a child is determined to be eligible for Children's Mental Health case management services, they may be able to receive respite/non-traditional respire care.
The Children's Mental Health Respite Form (PDF) can be completed and faxed to the Intake Social Worker by the children's mental health case manager.
Non-Eligible Children
A child does not have to have Children's Mental Health case management services in order to access most services including:
- Behavioral Aid
- Day Treatment
- Diagnostic Assessments
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Foster Care
- Hospitalization
- In-Home Skills Training
- In-Home Therapy
- Neuropsychology
- Outpatient Counseling
- Personal Care Attendants (PCA)
- Psychosexual assessments
- Residential Treatment
- Therapeutic Foster Care
When it comes to determining what services are necessary, less restrictive options are always tried first.
